How long will StocksMatter last after I open it?
Once opened and refrigerated our stocks will typically last 5 days.
Is there a minimum order quantity or value?
Nope, buy as little, (or as much) as you’d like.
If you like to enjoy free shipping, just spend $70.00 and we’ll deduct it from your shopping cart.
You can also mix and match your products. We are all about convenience and versatility!
What are Stocks?
Used in culinary professions, Stocks are a liquid flavouring base that can be used in a wide range of cuisines and dishes. It is a flavoured liquid preparation that is created by simmering animal bones and/or meat, fish, or vegetables in water and/or wine. Traditionally a Stock is made in a kitchen by a Saucier who can spend as much as 10 to 24 hours to complete one batch of roughly 8 Litres finished stock.
